At 360 Heating & Air, we offer a 5-year Extended Labor Warranty that provides coverage for both labor and refrigerant—key components not protected under the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty.
Example Scenario:
If a compressor failure occurs in year four, the manufacturer will supply the replacement part under their limited warranty. However, labor charges for diagnosing the issue, removing the failed component, and installing the new compressor—often exceeding thousands of dollars—are not included. With our Extended Labor Warranty, these costs are fully covered, minimizing financial risk and maximizing long-term system performance.
